It is a well written book which describe nice and simple the oxygen kinetic theory. A few comparisons between human oxygen kinetics and oxygen kinetics of horses are interesting. Unfortunately, this book describe the process of oxygen kinetic in the gas analyzer only using VO2. You wont find information about making the oxygen kinetics using oxy-Hemoglobin and deoxy-hemoglobin. Generaly, it is a very good book if you want to comprehend just the theory of oxygen kinetic.

A fantastic text on the theoretical basis and practical applications of VO2 kinetics authored and co-authored by many luminaries in the field. Highly recommended for any current or aspiring clinician, academic, or coach.
